Lela knows everyone and everything to help you find and buy the perfect home. Lela showed us our home. We were a little daunted by the updates it needed, but Lela suggested a home rehab loan and that was pure genius. She had an excellent mortgage broker recommendation and got us the best home inspector and general contractor we could ever possibly find. She carefully watched resale values in our area knowing that our home would have to appraise at a certain amount for the rehab loan. She was a tough but fair negotiator on our behalf with the buyer. Ultimately, Lela found us our dream home and helped us figure out how to renovate it without having to wait years. She is just the sweetest and smartest realtor you'll ever meet!
